I celebrated my birthday at the Rivera restaurant and it was really good. Brandon provided superb service and even asked about my music tastes. Chef Meghan cooked the best meal I have ever had. I strongly suggest visiting this restaurant!
I found the pressure to post a review a little intense. I was asked every single day to leave a review , made me uncomfortable.

The rooms feature spacious layouts and comfortable king-size beds. Each room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I enjoyed the well kept and clean living space.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with hidden corners and a vibrant tropical atmosphere. The hotel offers both beach access and a river for exploration. I spent many hours walking and enjoying the serene environment.

the all-inclusive package made everything simple. the staff were all very accommodating. i especially loved the different restaurants, each with its own unique atmosphere.
The room showed some signs of age like stains on the mini bar notice. The shower drain was slow. i encountered a cockroach and ants in the room, unsettling. the buffet food was a bit repetitive with little variety.
